工作职责: BRIEF JOB PROFILE DESCRIPTION: 简要工作描述 The GL Junior Finance Process Associate is Responsible for ensuring General Ledger (GL) transactions are properly recorded for all countries serviced by Pfizer Global Financial Solutions Asia (GFS - ASIA). In addition, the General Ledger will play a key role in establishing the GL policy and process for GFS - ASIA. Detail Duties and Responsibilities: 工作职责 ？？Prepare monthly journal entries ; ？？upporting month- end close activities and align deadline ; ？？econcile accounts ; ？？Assist supervisor to prepare and submit reports to New York Headquarters and markets and relevant governmental entities ; ？？Review and interpret large volumes of statistical data ; ？？Work as financial soothsayers and predict future earnings based on their study of the prevailing financial condition; ？？Development of financial information by researching and analyzing accounting data to meet management requests; ？？Assist finance team with special projects; ？？Review GL data for compliance with Pfizer corporate policies using independent judgment to assure adherence to the policy; ？？Assist in the establishing of GL processes necessary for steady state operation; ？？Help to create a work atmosphere conducive to a high degree of integrity and teamwork 任职资格: Requirements: 工作要求 ？？Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail ; ？？Ability to work independently, to work under pressure ？？Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing needs ？？Experience in a multinational environment desirable ？？High level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility ？？Highly customer and service minded ？？SAP / Oracle experience desirable ？？Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Products ？？Good accounting, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and organizational skills ？？Respect for diverse cultures Qualifications: 任职资格 ？？Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other related field ？？2-3 years of related accounting experience required, international finance preferred ？？Good English communication skills. ？？CPA or working towards a must
