海绵创客学堂简介

海绵创客学堂作为实地集团楼盘配套教育设施，致力于为0-16岁孩子提供在家门口享受一站式高端兴趣课程学习，由拥有15年一线教育经验的团队打造的教育项目课程，室内高尔夫、3D打印、乐高积木机器人、创意艺术、早教托管、英语课程等，旨在全面提升孩子整体素质素养，培养社交，提供“学习力”，让孩子以更积极的心态应对未来社会的挑战。

岗位及职责：

1、向3-12岁学员提供高质量英语课程及学术服务（有相关低龄段教学经验者优先）。

2、记录并反馈学员学习进度。

3、与其他部门协作，参与其他学术活动，包含教研，体验课，家长课堂，生活俱乐部以及其他课外活动，例如英语角，节日活动，话剧。

4、及时上交教学计划，各类评估等工作任务。

任职要求：

1、英语为母语的外籍教师（美、英、加、澳本土人士优先考虑）。

2、本科学位以上，英语，英语教育或英语应用语言学相关专业，有TEFL/TESOL教师资格证者优先。

3、至少一年以上在幼儿园或培训中心教学经验。

4、教学风格活泼幽默，喜爱孩子，热衷于教育及文化事业。

5、熟练的语言技能及沟通技能。

6、有爱心，耐心，责任心及团队精神。

7、接受广州区域内的工作安排。

8、要求提供相关扫描版学历证件，由中国大使馆或当地领事馆认证签发的无犯罪记录及体检报告。

Position and responsibilities:

1. Delivering high-quality English lessons andacademic services to our students aged 3-12 (with experience in teaching younglearners is preferred).

2. Administering and reporting kids’ learning progress.

3. Coordinating with other functions to maintain effectiverelations,carry out academic events including teaching research , demo lessons,parent academy, life clubs and some extra curricular activities e.g.English Corner, festival activities, English drama.

4. Collaboratively plan and submitlessons, assessments, and schemes of work on time.

Requirements(Qualification):

1.Native English speaker from USA, UK, Canadian, orAustralian is preferred；

2.Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in English, EnglishEducation, applied Linguistics or relevant areas, or with teachingcertificate is preferred (TEFL/TESOL).

3. At least one-year working experience as Englishteacher, preferably with working experience in kindergarten or English trainingcentre.

4. Teach English to young learners in a fun andinteresting way,enjoy being with kids & teens and is passionate abouteducation and culture.

5. Strong language skills and good communication withchildren .

6. Dynamic, open-minded with love, patience, sense ofresponsibility and teamwork spirit.

7. Accept the arrangements in two centres in Guangzhou.

8. Scanned teacher qualified certificate, non-criminalrecord veri？ed by a Chinese embassy or consulate in the home country andmedical examination report are required.
