Summary of Job Function :工作职责

1, Time measurement and standard time establishment;

时间测量和标准时间制定；

2, Production line work tables,racks and trolleys etc design and fabricate;

生产线工作台，货架和小车等辅助设备设计及制作；

3, Layout design and implement ,improve etc;

生产线布局设计、执行及改进

4, Capacitys study and headcount calculation;

产能分析和人力资源需求预算；

5, Assitant lean engineer work on some projects;

协助精益工程师完成相关项目或者工作；

6, Other Tasks assigned by supervisor;

其他主管安排的工作。

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

1， Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Diploma in IE

本科学历，工业工程或者机械工程毕业优先;

2. Proficient in English language (speaking and writing)、Autocad and office software

精通英文（读，写）以及熟练操作Autocad和办公软件;

3. Committed to work hard and careful, be interested in industrial engineering and lean manufacturing.

仔细认真致力于工作;对IE和精益生产有浓厚的兴趣；

4 Good communication skill and team work spirit

具有良好的沟通能力以及团队的合作精神;

5. Ability to work under pressure & in a Dynamic Environment
