职位目标:
Job Purpose:
这个职位主要负责新产品各阶段技术文献资料的开发、维修指南的编制、相关系统培训材料的编制，并完成相关代理商及公司内培训需求，确保新产品上市前产品支持准备工作就绪；另外根据ECN及新加模块更新已有图册，确保产品电子图册的完整性和正确性；开发现有电子图册未涉及到的部分退出产品电子图册的开发；负责解答相关部门对于配件编码查询。
This position is mainly responsible for developing technical literature document, maintenance guideline & related system training materials and providing service training for Dealer and internal demands, make sure that all P.S. NPI readiness is ok before production; According to ECN and new module to update E-book, in order to ensure integrity and correctness of E-book; developing phasing-out production E-book; coordinating to confirm service part number for related team.

工作职责:
Job Responsibilities:
1. 根据新产品开发进度，按时开发完成技术文献的开发；
Develop technical literature on time according to NPI timeline.
2. 根据新加模块、ECN通知，更新电子图册；
Update literature according to ECN and new model.
3. 协助完成相关部门配件编码的查询
Coordinate to confirm service part number for related team；
4. 根据代理、公司内部需求和日程，完成相关系统的服务培训；
Provide service training for dealer and internal demand.

背景/经验:
Background/Working Experience
1. 本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above
2. 有5年以上机械行业设计或文献开发工作经验，有电工电子专业背景或工作经验或知识者优先；
At least 5 years’ machinery design, literature development experience, Electrical and Electronic Courses major or work backgroud is a plus.
3. 熟练使用ProE /Team center等软件；
Be proficient in ProE /Team center software
4. 熟练使用计算机及办公软件，公司ERP、DMS及相关系统；
Be proficient in office, ERP, DMS and relevant system
5. 非常好的工作主动性，良好的沟通能力及协调能力；
Initiative, good communication and coordination skill
6. 良好的英语口语、书写能力。
Good written and spoken English ability.
