Maintenance Operations:

• Planning and effectuating predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase machine uptime and reliability

• Identifying areas of bottlenecks/ breakdown and taking steps to rectify the same through troubleshooting tools like Root Cause Analysis

• Delivering a dynamic breakthrough in planning and executing maintenance operations with a flair for adopting modern methodologies complying with quality standards

• Ensuring no down down by maintaining appropriate inventory of spare parts resoruces.

• Impelmenting Daily maintenance system and data recording to track down time and resolve problems.

• Adroit in ensuring maintenance operations are conducted in accordance with guidelines and regulations. Setup guidelines and processes if not available.

• Managing Robots, Drying equipment, Fans, Blowers, Automated machines, presses, rollers, bender, Lazers machines.

• Conceptualizing and execute various operations pertaining to maintenance, modification and up-keeping of various utilities like Compressors, heaters, chillers, Gas scrubber, Natural Gas system.

• Focus on Kaizens and continuous improvement to reduce process time, process cost and lead time.
  

Erection & Commissioning

• Anchoring erection activities to ensure completion of work within the time & cost parameters and effectively utilizing the resource to maximize the output

• Performing commissioning work of equipment, modifications and major repairs to improve efficiency by fault-finding

• Skilled in carrying out installation activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with internal/ external departments

Project Execution:

• Managing activities right from conceptualization stage to the execution involving finalization of technical specifications, materials & inventory control and scheduling

• Delivering & implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines and extending post-implementation support to the client

• Working closely with suppliers and stakeholder to ensure project meets KPIs of Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Moral.

• Design and develop processes which meet CE, CCC, OHSAS, IATF and IS14001 requirements.
  

• Job may require long walking, lifting 20 Kg weight and standing for many hours in plant whenever critical activity going on.

• Bachalor degree in Mechanical or Electrial or Electronic Control.

• 10+ years succesful experience in Metal Fabrication and Robotic lines in Automotive or high speed manufacturing lines.

• Strong experience in working on Presses, Lazers, Benders, heat treatment equipments, Utility, Natural gas fired heaters, Robots and PLC operated machiens.

• PLC Networking ControlNet, DeviceNet, Ethernet, DH485, RS485,DF1, CIP, SERCOS, ModbusRTU, Redundant PLC network, Redundant SCADA/MES network, Third-party device interface.

• Conversant with following:

• AutoCad, Solidworks experience

• Siemens PLC and Programming

• Intouch, Factory Talk Veiw, WinCC

• Programming, Creating new applications, teaching and troubleshooting in Fanuc/ABB robots, Lazer machines, Lazer

• Programming Altivars and powerflex A/c Drives and knowledge of Thermistors, RTDs, Thermocouples, analog & discrete transducers, flow, level, pressure, temperature transmitters, proximity switches and thermostats

• Knowledge of CE, Electircal, Mechanical and local Safety codes

• technical mindset, high attention to detail and high observation ability,outstanding organizational skills, determination, target driven,solution oriented, good communication and presentation skills;

• Computer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook

• Languages –Chinese and English ( both – spoken and written).
