职责：

1. 提升设备运行效率，最大化设备可靠率和有效使用率

Improve operating efficiency, maximize reliability and availability of the plant

2. 执行既定的设备维护保养计划

Implement the planned maintenance system

3. 为整个车间开发、引进、执行安全防护系统，以达到生产0安全事故

Develop, introduce and implement safety system

4. 协同维保团队进行专业的设备维护保养

Lead professional maintenance

5. 协同其它部门一起，不断进行持续改进和自动化的开发，提升设备运行绩效和产品质量

Coordinate with other department, develop solution for continuousimprovement for machine, process and product quality

6. 维保成本控制

Cost control

7. 制定维修保养计划和预防性保养措施（包含设备、设施、建筑等）

Set up maintenance plan and preventive maintenance (Including machine, facility and construction building etc.)

要求：

1. 机械工程相关专业，大专以上学历

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related field

2. 熟悉机械工程、机械图纸、设备制造过程等

Familiar with mechanical engineering, mechanical drawing, manufacturing process

3. 熟练CAD或其它制图软件操作

Skilled CAD or related design software ability

4. 英语读写能力者优先

Fluent English skill preferred

5. 关注细节，擅长问题分析和问题解决

Focus on details, logical thinking and analytical thinking

6. 优秀的团队协调能力和沟通能力

Good coordinating and communication skills
