一、外贸专员岗位职责

1、负责国际市场对外联络业务，向国外客商推广公司，开发市场，及时处理客人的询盘及各种需求。为客户提供主动、热情、满意、周到的服务。

2、负责外贸定单在企业内部计划、生产、包装、运输等过程的跟踪;

3、按外贸要求传递相关的客户要求,制作和办-理各种结汇所需单据;

4、负责国际来宾的接待和公司内部翻译工作;

5、负责公司各网站平台的日常维护和信息更新;能熟练操作B2B平台，搭建B2B推广平台，同时通过其他网络营销方式进行业务推广，增加产品曝光机率，获取询盘;开发客户获取订单。

6、通过电话及邮件与客户沟通订单数量、价格、货期、货款等问题。整理各种表格数据并录入系统，交给工厂安排生产。

7、负责信息搜集、整理，包括市场信息、客户信息、合作伙伴信息等;

8、部门内部档案的制作、整理、统计和归档;

9、注意收集一线市场信息和用户意见，反馈与公司，对公司市场开发、售后服务、产品质量、新产品开发等提供参考

10、完成上级安排的其他工作。
