岗位职责 Job Responsibility

1. 做好量产产品质量管控,降低客户投诉,避免发生重大质量问题；Monitor the quality for mass production, reduce the customer complain;

2. 确保客户的工具、方法和要求被很好的执行并跨部门与采购、SQE、产品工程、物流、生产等合作；Ensure the tools\method\requirement were implement well and cooperate with other department;

3. 支持客户工厂审核，完成年度过程审核工作及分层审核工作；Support the customer audit, Complete the process and layer process audit;

4. 负责工厂内可疑品的判定，监控内部返工按要求执行； Judge the doubtful part and monitor the internal rework under control;

5. 定期维护控制计划、检验指导书、检验规范等；Maintain the control plan\inspection standard;

6. 质量检验人员的培训，质量控制系统维护；Training the PQC, maintain the quality system effectively;

7. 分析并处理生产线质量问题，降低内部PPM；Deal with the internal quality issues and reduce the IPPM;

8. 处理客户投诉并下发质量警报，成立8D小组预防问题发生；Lead the 8D team to solve the customer complain to prevent the repeat issue;

9. 负责对售后索赔件进行统计分析处理；Analyze the warranty return parts;

10. 参与新项目开发阶段质量策划工作，配合Launch team处理项目阶段的质量事宜；Attend the quality planning in the new project development, deal with the related quality issues with launch team;

11. 开展新项目产品图纸和实物符合性的早期评估,提前发现潜在质量风险点并管控； Carry out the product drawing and entity review for new project, identified the potential risks and control in advance;

12. 开展产品PTC特性的识别及供应商传递；Pass through character identification and transfer to supplier for control;

13. 建立和维护量产产品手册（原理说明、工艺流程、质量履历）和缺陷分析故障树的标准化;Create and maintain the product handbook(principle description\process\quality record) and failure tree analysis standardization;

14. 完成上级交办的其它工作; Complete other job from supervisor assigned;

1、 岗位要求Job Requirements

1. 汽车行业QE三年以上工作经验.； Above three years experience in quality management in Auto industry;

2. 熟悉相关生产工艺（如压铸，机加工，冲压, 装配等）； Be familiar with the related process(die casting,machining,stamping,assembly)

3. 能读懂图纸 know the product drawing well

4. 熟悉汽车行业五大工具PPAP, APQP, SPC， MSA， PFMEA； Be familiar with the TS and PPAP\APAP\SPC\MSA\FMEA

5. 精通8D, 5why, 鱼骨图等质量工具并具有良好的逻辑分析能力 Be familiar with the quality tools such as8D\5why\fish bone, good logic analysis skills

6. 需要具有一定的GD&T 知识 Know the GD&T knowledge

7. 良好的解决问题、人际交往及协调能力。 Good skills about the problem solving and coordinate ability
