Position: English Teacher (Grades 10–12)

主要工作职责

Main Job Responsibilities

1. 负责为高中阶段学生讲授英语第二语言课程，开展雅思全科教学，涵盖听力、口语、阅读、写作四大模块。
You will deliver ESL lessons for senior high school students and provide comprehensive IELTS training covering listening, speaking, reading and writing.

2. 兼任英语文学教师，指导学生研读经典文学作品，包括《杀死一只知更鸟》《十二怒汉》《抽签》《悬崖上的野餐》等；带领学生开展文本分析，并训练议论文写作能力。
You will also work as an English Literature teacher, guiding students to study literary works including To Kill a Mockingbird, Twelve Angry Men, The Lottery and Picnic at Hanging Rock, etc. You need to lead text analysis and train students on argumentative essay writing.

3. 其他工作：日常作业批改、作文修改、试卷命题、学业测评、撰写学生评语、参加家长会及学部各项集体活动。
Other duties include daily homework marking and essay revision, designing exam papers, conducting student assessments, writing student reports, attending parent-teacher meetings and participating in other departmental activities.
授课对象说明

Student Profile

1. 授课主体为10至12年级学生，目前雅思总分普遍在5.0–5.5分。经过1-2年系统培训，目标达到学术类雅思总分6.5分，且单科分数不低于6分。大部分学生会多次参加雅思考试。
The main teaching group consists of students in Grades 10 to 12, whose current overall IELTS scores range from 5.0 to 5.5. After 1 to 2 years of systematic training, their target is an overall IELTS Academic score of 6.5 with no individual band below 6. Most students will take the IELTS test multiple times.

2. 偶尔需承担7-9年级的教学任务。
You may also be assigned to teach Grades 7–9 occasionally.

Teaching Schedule

• 班级人数：每班20-30人
Class size: 20–30 students per class.

• 每周最大课时量：22-24课时，每课时40分钟
Maximum weekly teaching hours: 22-24 periods, 40 minutes per period.
课程体系

Curriculum Framework
国际部高中开设两大主流课程体系：A-Level课程与澳大利亚维多利亚州高考课程（VCE）。
Our International Department offers two mainstream senior high school curricula: A-Level and Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE).

1. 英语第二语言课程严格遵循剑桥国际考试CAIE 0511考纲。
ESL courses follow the CAIE 0511 syllabus strictly.

2. 英语文学课程按照澳大利亚VCE课程的英语附加语言（EAL）标准开展教学。
English Literature courses are delivered in accordance with the EAL standards of the Australian VCE curriculum.

3. 就读VCE课程的12年级学生，需在规定时间内完成一篇1000词的分析类作文，作为结业考核内容。
For the Grade 12 VCE final examination, students are required to finish a 1000-word analytical essay within the designated time limit.

本次面试及30分钟试讲将通过腾讯会议线上进行，试讲结束后安排问答环节。所有教学资料将提前一天发放。
The interview and a 30-minute demo lesson will be conducted online via Tencent Meeting, followed by a Q&A session. All teaching materials will be provided one day in advance.
