Responsibilities:

• Support team to design the system scheme of Truck/Bus SAC (semi-automatic clutch)/ACS (automatic clutch system)/AMT system from electric side

• Define the requirement spec of electric and electrical components TCU, sensor and actuators according to system requirement

• Responsible for selection of TCU, sensor and actuator (motor, solenoid valve) according to the requirement spec

• Supplier development and management

• Support to SW engineer to development the input/output relative functionality, such as actuator driving strategy

• TCU Pin assignment and wire harness definition

• CAN network topology and CAN test

• Support to build test environment (test bench)

• EMC test

• Support to project team to solve electric related issue

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electric engineering

• At least 3 years working experience as electric engineer in automotive electric field

• Working experience of TCU/ECU design or test is needed. Working experience on 24V system is preferred

• Able to define TCU and sensor requirement spec for sample or mass production according to system requirement

• Capability of supplier development and management

• Familiar with vehicle electric standard (durability, EMC, etc)

• Good knowledge of MCU and its resource

• Good knowledge of sensor and its characteristic (rotation speed senor, angle sensor, encoder, placement sensor, etc)

• Good knowledge of actuator and its characteristic (on-off valve, proportional valve, DC motor, BLDC motor)

• Good understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic system

• Good communication skill with supplier, team and customer

• Familiar with electric test tools, able to design simple test bench

• Able to draw TCU pin assignment diagram

• Active and open to learn new things; open for opinions of fellow engineers

• Good team player

• Can structure work systematically and logically

• Good language skills in both English and Chinese
