Responsibilities:

• Responsible for functionality development of truck/bus SAC (Semi-Automatic Clutch)/ACS (automatic clutch system)/AMT such as clutch control strategy, shifting process, gear shift strategy, signal conditioning, functionality diagnosis, CAN communication, EOL..

• Support to define the SW architecture of SAC/ACS/AMT system

• Functionality implementation using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow based on MDB method

• Functionality test and verification (MIL/SIL/HIL/Vehicle test)

• Define Functionality requirement spec

• Trouble shooting

• Calibration support

• Technical discussion with project team/customer/supplier
  

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electric or Automotive engineering

• At least 3 years working experience as functionality development SW engineer on ACS/AMT/DCT system. Working experience of heavy truck is preferred. Working experience of BOSCH/UAES/Delphi/Recardo is most preferred.

• Familiar with control strategy of ACS/AMT/DCT

• Familiar with V model development process and MBD method

• Skilled in modeling and code generation using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow

• Familiar with development and test tools as INCA, ES581, CANoe..

• Capability of driving car, able to drive heavy truck is preferred

• Experience of One mid-size project from to preferred

• Capability to analyze SW issue and find out solution

• Good team player

• Desire and drive to understand technology deeply

• Can structure work systematically and logically

• Keep learning and willing to try new things

• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

长春一东现有生产设备537台（套）、试验设备106台（套），离合器总成生产能力400万套/年，液压举升机构50万套/年。关键设备分别从奥地利、意大利、韩国等国家引进，在离合器盖冲压成型、膜片弹簧热处理成型、总成装配及在线检测等方面，具有世界先进水平。
