Role Overview:
Kapronasia is looking for applicants of research analyst/consultant for our growing research team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for a number of Kapronasia research projects within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Support studies for clients on various topics in the Chinese banking, capital markets and other financial industries through interviews, desktop research, and discussions with the team. Interface with mainly international clients to discuss research results. Interests in Payment, Cloud, digital banking, and other Fintech related services are considered advantages in applying for the role.

Job Qualifications:
At least 5 years of working experience in a related industry.
Pursuing a university degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics or other financial industry related disciplines.
Some knowledge of the Chinese financial industry required.
Excellent writing and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese required.
Good Microsoft Office skills.
