Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handle Accounts Receivable / Payable
  • Check payment invoices
  • Prepare monthly accounting schedules
  • Support ad hoc assignments
  • Provide general clerical
  • Perform payroll processing, MPF, taxation, benefits and leave management and other HR related matters

責任包括但不限於:

  • 執行日常會計業務(包括核查付款流程,應付賬款,應收賬款和日記帳憑單)。
  • 負責會計的資料輸入、文件存檔。
  • 準備分類賬及核對銀行文件。
  • 辦理各種發票及收據、匯票等收付款業務。
  • 每日往來銀行,處理日常業務。
  • 處理同事日常費用報銷。
  • 收發信件。
  • 需完成上司指派之其他工作。

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with 2 years experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
  • Responsible, hardworking, conscious of meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Able to handle full set of books independently
  • Familiar with Company Secretarial matters
  • Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
  • Immediate available is preferred

  • 中五或高級證書或同等學歷。
  • 至少2年相關會計經驗。
  • 積極主動,獨立自主,責任心強。
  • 精通IT技能 - 有信心使用MS Word,Excel和中文打字。
  • 能夠在緊迫的時間和高工作壓力下工作。
  • 能即時上班者尤佳。
