Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Handle Accounts Receivable / Payable
- Check payment invoices
- Prepare monthly accounting schedules
- Support ad hoc assignments
- Provide general clerical
- Perform payroll processing, MPF, taxation, benefits and leave management and other HR related matters
責任包括但不限於:
- 執行日常會計業務(包括核查付款流程,應付賬款,應收賬款和日記帳憑單)。
- 負責會計的資料輸入、文件存檔。
- 準備分類賬及核對銀行文件。
- 辦理各種發票及收據、匯票等收付款業務。
- 每日往來銀行,處理日常業務。
- 處理同事日常費用報銷。
- 收發信件。
- 需完成上司指派之其他工作。
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with 2 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting software
- Responsible, hardworking, conscious of meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Able to handle full set of books independently
- Familiar with Company Secretarial matters
- Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is preferred
要求包括但不限於:
- 中五或高級證書或同等學歷。
- 至少2年相關會計經驗。
- 積極主動,獨立自主,責任心強。
- 精通IT技能 - 有信心使用MS Word,Excel和中文打字。
- 能夠在緊迫的時間和高工作壓力下工作。
- 能即時上班者尤佳。
