• Partner with deal team, leaders and strategy team in Business Groups to formulate post-deal management strategy;
• Lead cross function teams to manage post-deal processes, including Invested Companies’ finance monitoring, finance/business/strategy analysis, business cooperation, valuation, participate in Invested Companies’ Board/Shareholders’ meeting and review related documents;
• Lead cross function teams including BG, Finance, Legal, HR and other related departments to manage the integration process to ensure flawless execution for acquisition deals;
• Coordinate cross function teams in post-deal management processes, including Invested Companies’ restructuring, liquidation or IPO.

• High level of integrity, dedication and motivation;
• Bachelor/Master degree from top schools;
• Over 6 years working experience in Internet/Technology, Investment, Finance, or Consulting;
• Strong interest in Internet, M&A, and Tencent;
• Strong leadership, excellent problem solving skills and results oriented;
• Hard working, down-to-earth, mature and team-oriented;
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
