岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，有政府工作经验或非盈利机构工作经验者优先；
2.具备运营经验，熟悉各种社交平台；
3.掌握新媒体运营规则及品牌运营常识；
4.具有数据分析能力，熟练操作办公软件；
5.具备良好的语言及文字表达能力、组织协调能力、策划与执行能力。

岗位职责：

1.独立运营平台，负责平台的日常运营和维护工作；
2.负责平台推广模式与渠道的探索，了解用户需求，收集用户反馈，分析用户行为及需求，搭建资源库；
3.负责企业客户的运营，日常内容编辑、发布、维护、管理、互动、提高影响力和关注度；
4.利用平台推广企业的客户产品或服务产品的品牌、产品和互动；
5.跟踪推广效果，分析数据并反馈，总结经验，建立有效运营手段提升用户活跃度，增加粉丝数量；
6.负责制定运营策略及活动策划，相关日常内容发布、更新和管理；
7.制定并实施清晰的用户互动策略，，通过持续互动转化潜在客户，提升品牌口碑。
8.擅长PPT制作；
