Job Responsibilities:

• 1.生产现场/生产过程的质量监控管理(如运用统计技术,质量工具等),对不合格品进行控制管理

• production site/production process quality monitor and management(systematic technic,quality tools etc),control and manage non-conformance product. "

• 2.编制相关质量文件并及时更新

• write and update quality document

• 3.生产过程的持续改进,提高过程稳定性 process continual improvement, improve and keep process capability.

• 4.参加面板会,对不良进行分析提出改进并跟踪相关的措施

• attend panel meeting, analyze failure, take actions and follow the effect of the actions."

• 5.组织人员参与顾客退回的不良品进行分析,并进行改进 (针对过程问题造成的顾客抱怨)

• organize responsible people to analyze the failure parts returned from customer and take improvement actions(customer complain caused by process problem) "

• 6.参与相关的审核工作如过程审核,产品审核,体系审核

• attend related audit, such as process audit, product audit, system audit etc."

• 7. 每周对各自负责的区域进行Bubble chart的评分

• audit responsible workshop according bubble Chart weekly"

• 8.汇总每月车间的FTTQ情况及返修情况并对TOP5制定整改措施

• summarize the FTTQ and Rework of VS monthly, and take actions for TOP5."

Qualifications and Requirement:

1. 本科以上University degree or above

2. 3年以上制造业，汽车行业质量工作经验更佳; 3年以上生产过程质量控制工作经验; More than 3 years working experiences in the manufacturing process quality control sector in a manufacturing company, professional in automotive industry

3. 熟悉TS16949质量体系; 熟悉5大手册和6sigma; 熟悉持续改进以及新项目零缺陷开展；较好的英语说写能力; 出色的沟通协调能力;

Familiar with TS16949 quality system, and 5 big manual; Familiar with 6 sigma; Good at both oral and written English, excellent communication and coordination ability; Familiar with the continual improvement and ZDL work.
