东莞市光明小学，市一级学校，教育局三所直属重点小学之一，是经东莞市人民政府批准，由广东光正教育集团投资2亿多元，按省一级学校标准兴建的一所民办公助性质的全日制寄宿小学。

学校占地101.98亩，建筑设计风格源自新加坡，校园精致美观，温馨和谐，充满了现代科技和人文气息。学校硬件设施完善，拥有一流的教学楼、实验楼、图书馆和大型体育馆，学校还建有高标准塑胶运动场、灯光篮球场以及多媒体网络教室、舞蹈室、电子钢琴室、陶艺室、烹调室、美术室等，实现了教育技术装备的标准化、信息化和现代化。

招聘条件：

外教国籍：母语白人（英国、美国、加拿大本土人士优先考虑）

外教学历：本科及以上

外教个人情况：单身、***、***均可

合同期：1年

外教资历：

l 有丰富教学经验（6-12岁），热爱教学，语言表达能力强，有组织能力能够调动学员的积极性，善于与学员沟通者优先。

l 具有独特的个人魅力，幽默感，对待教学持有耐心、认真的工作态度; 具体团队合作精神者优先。

l 有TESOL证书者优先。

工作内容：

工作时间：每周安排大约20节课，每节课45分钟。周末2天休息。

教授课程：英语口语为主

学生年龄：6-9岁

班级人数：小班制，班级人数不超过30人。

坐班情况：除上课时间外，坐班，周中：早8:00~11:50；下午14：20~16:50。

薪资待遇：

薪资和发放方式：12~17k（如遇优秀人才，薪资可谈）,每月15日发上一月工资（如遇休息日，顺延到下一个工作日）

住宿：2000元/月住房补助

假期休假：随校区放假时间休息

机票报销：合同满一整年后报销7000元的机票奖励

签证办理：我们单位将会辅助您在东莞所花费的签证费用进行报销。但是我们不会报销您再国外的签证花销

Campus: Dongguan GuangMing Primary School

Address: No. 68 Guangming road, Dongcheng district, Dongguan City, Guangdong province.

GuangMing Primary School is a Municipal First-level School, and one of the three key primary schools directly under the Education Bureau of Dongguan City.It is a private and public-funded full-time boarding primary school, which is approved by the People's Government of Dongguan City.It is referred to the standards of provincial first-level schools and invested more than 200 million RMB by Guangzheng Education Group of Guangdong Province.

Covering an area of 101.98 acres, the architectural design style of the school originates from Singapore. The campus is exquisite, beautiful, warm and harmonious, full of modern science and technology and cultural atmosphere. The school has perfect hardware facilities, first-class teaching buildings, laboratory buildings, libraries and large gymnasiums. The school also has high-standard plastic playground, basketball court with lighting stands, multimedia network classrooms, dancing rooms, electronic piano rooms, ceramics rooms, cooking rooms, art rooms and so on. It has achieved the standardization, informatization and modernization of educational technology and equipment.

The role of primary English teacher is to:

1. Teaching plan for a semester.

2. Keep improving your teaching methods, motivate students’ interest in learning English.

3. Exploit school-based curriculum.

4. Tutor students and ensure good teaching quality.

5. Communicate with teachers and parents, and reflect problems in time.

6. Cooperate the school’s activities.

7. Finish the training task with quality and keep improving own performance.

Requirements

l Native English speaker (UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa are preferred.)

l Bachelor’s degree or above.

l At least two years teaching experience, holding a TEFL/TESOL certificate, or fresh graduates majoring in Education/English and relevant majors.

Benefits

l Monthly salary: 12K to 17K (depending on the qualification and experiences), and the salary will be paid on 15th of each month, if it is weekend the payment will be postponed to next work day.

l Free accommodation in a furnished apartment with paid WIFI.

l Working meals offered.

l Working hours：from 8:00-11:50AM; 14:20-16:50PM

l With overtime allowance.

l Summer vacation: 3-4weeks; Winter vacation:2 to 3 weeks.
