Job Description
  • Setup and execute yearly market research & clinic & data source plan to full fill company development.

  • Lead to make market research & clinic, including supplier nomination, methodology, execution plan, operation, data processing and report. The scope including market trend, feature & functions, design, price & value, branding, marketing, customer service, sales & network, quality, etc.

  • Report market research & clinic findings to required department and executive management if necessary

  • PV market segmentation definition

  • Customer segmentation definition & target customer proposal for own models

  • Setup data source and database for company, including sales volume & forecast data, powertrain volume & forecast data, tech. & segment trend data, government policy, global & domestic economy, price tracking and trend data etc.

  • Lead to make market data and trend analysis; report to required department with recommendation & conclusion, per task or requirement

  • Lead to make internal data mining & analysis; report to required department with recommendation & conclusion, per task or requirement

  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly market report to support business needs from executive management & concerned departments

  • Lead Auto show & technology event report & guide tour for executive management team &

· Support PR, marketing, EMT and board activities

2 学历背景要求：
1. Bachelor or Master degree, prefer in mathematics, business, statistics, marketing sciences, quantitative analysis 2 工作经验要求：
1. 5 – 10 years’ market intelligence, database, commercial analysis, business development experience
2. Automotive OEM or industry working experience preferred
3. Familiar with product development process and commercial process
4. Knowledge on market and competitor development
5. Self-motivated, ability to work independently or within a team, multiple tasks capable
知识技能要求：
1. English – exceptional communication skills, verbal and written in English and Chinese
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
3. Detail oriented with excellent analytical, mathematical and problem solving skills
