1. Follow up / help expats teacher work permit / visa application and extension for expat staff across Shanghai schools.
2.Support on conducting reference check for new hired staff according to group safeguarding policy, including but not limited to collecting documents.
3. Prepare employment contracts to be signed by the Headmaster/ Bursar and employee.
4. Ensure all local staff’s personal file are up to date, both hard copy and the information in the HR System.
5.Coordinate with Fesco to administrate employment and termination for local staff, verify monthly social insurance bills
6. Act as liaison with other department and outside agencies, including senior-level management
7. Manage and keep an up to date leave record for staff for Non-Academic staff
8. Co-ordinate interviews.
9. Organize/facilitate staff events
10. Any other tasks assigned by manager
Job requirements
1. 3 years administrative experience supporting multi-cultural environment
2. BS/BA degree
3. Proven mastery of Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
4. Must be experienced in using the Internet as a daily research tool
5. Interest and experience in using technology to improve work efficiency
6.Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
7. Must be fluent in English, Mandarin
