The school is now seeking an Art Education Teacher. This is a highly organizing and challenging position in a new international school. The ideal candidate should be responsible for developing in each student an interest in and the ability for creative expression in visual terms, using skills and techniques of artistic expression consistent with school guidelines. We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individual who loves working with kids.

Responsibilities:

• Teach knowledge and skills in art, including drawing, painting, lettering, and art history
• Demonstrate techniques in activities such as drawing and painting
• Instruct students in proper care and use of tools and equipment
• Participate in curriculum and other developmental programs, such as after school art club
• Communicate with parents and school counselors on pupil progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related fields.
• Patient, passion and love for young kids.
• Sense of responsibility.
• At least 2 years of work experience as an full-time Art Education teacher.
• Ability to work in a team as well as work independently .
• Teaching license or related certifications.
• English-only for teaching.

• Experience in K12 International School.
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Experience working in multi-cultural settings.

岗位职责：

1、负责外籍人员子女学校幼儿园至初中各年龄段学生的创意思维与设计能力及表现技法，负责绘画、美术鉴赏教学。

2、负责学校艺术兴趣班的正常运转及发展。

3、负责学校艺术类海报、期刊的设计制作以及学生作品展示。

任职要求：

1、艺术教育类相关专业大学本科及以上学历，有海外艺术留学或工作的背景为佳。

2、2年以上艺术教育相关经验，具有教师资格证，有国际学校教学经历优先。

3、英文口语流利，能全英文授课（此为必备条件）。

4、会美术绘画、创作等才能。

5、有责任心和耐心、善于沟通、执行能力强。
