• Conducting industry and product research in specific TMT vertical;
• Building quantity and qualitative valuation modle for target company;
• Facilitating deal evaluation, due diligence and deal execution.

• Content&Fintech background is preferred;
• High level of integrity. With dedication for long term impact;
• Bachelor/Master degree from top schools;
• 1-3 years working experience in top PE/VC, IB, consulting firm;
• Strong interest in Internet and investment;
• Deep thinking ability , drive for change and team-oriented;
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving skills and solid logic thinking;
• Fluency in English and Chinese;
• Base in Beijing or Shenzhen.
