• Support industry research; to develop understanding of digital music products/services and key players in target domains; provide analysis and recommendations based on first/second hand market research;
• Drive assigned workstreams in deal execution including target evaluation, due diligence, drafting, term structuring and negotiation;
• Drive internal and external documentation including investment memos, industry reviews and target analysis

• High level of integrity, dedication, motivation, and strong leadership potential;
• Strong interest in Internet, Music and Entertainment industry;
• Deep thinking, self-driven and team-oriented;
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving skills;
• 1-3 years working experience in top tier PE/VC/IB/consulting firm;
• Fluency in Mandarin, work-efficiency in English.
