工作任务

Primary responsibilities 1. Autonomous handling/management of the assigned projects according to company standard project management process 2. Attend to the assigned part project from the reception of the order to the final inspection of the customer 3. Scheduling of the tasks and the time frame given according to the specification and other rules given by the customer 4. Take over tasks of a launch manager, if necessary (on a temporary basis) 5. Resume the responsibility for quality/costs/timing for the assigned projects 6. Search and charge suitable sub-contractors 7. Identify interfering influences during the project and inform the project team on a regularly basis 8. Obtain and transfer information or data relevant for the projects 9. Compile data and prepare documentation of the projects and its processes for the assigned part of the projects 10. Attend administrative tasks 11. Budget controlling to the related departments 12. Prepare relevant project reporting based on tkSY rules 13. Monitoring all relevant projects by cost and time efficiency 14. Coordinate proposal and quotations together with Sales Department and administrate calculation procedure 15. Support sales activities on technical and financial base 16. Prepare travel overseas for training and project meetings if need 17. Managing the claim management/OCR management of the assign project.

前提条件

Knowledge & skill requirements 1. Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer (Bachelor or above) 2. Sound knowledge of project management in the automotive sector 3. Used to working on his own – self-assurance and open mindedness 4. Flexibility, several years of special knowledge in dealing with orders related to Automotive 5. Automotive/Powertrain technologies are needed.
