一、背景简介

湖北省意大利语等级考试中心隶属于湖北工业大学，属于独立运营单位。湖北工业大学地理位置坐落于湖北省武汉市武昌区，武汉是华中区正在崛起的城市，人杰地灵，高校众多，风光秀丽，被誉为“百湖之市”。湖北省意大利语等级考试中心创建于2012年，其宗旨是建立湖北工业大学与意大利高校开展国际化教育与合作交流项目，为更多的中国学子提供一个意大利语言培训及出国深造的官方平台。同时，湖北工业大学也是湖北省高校中拥有意大利语CILS语言等级考试的官方考点的高校和语言中心。迄今为止，意大利语中心培养及输送中国学子达600余人，得到了社会的高度认可和好评。随着中心日益发展需要，现诚向社会招贤纳士，相信有你的加入，意大利语中心会更加强大！

二、岗位职责

1、根据学校的教学大纲开展意大利语教学活动，保证教学质量；

2、认真履行教师职责，做到课前认真备课，课后完善总结；

3、按时考评所在班级学生的学习情况，及时反馈学生的学习进度；

4、定期参与教学研讨活动，对教学管理提出合理化建议；

三、岗位要求

1、意大利籍/意大利语为母语。

2、东方语言文学/中文/翻译等相关专业本科及以上毕业。

3、从事过意大利语教学，有丰富的教学经验者优先。

4、形象气质良好，有良好的教师职业道德 。

四、岗位薪酬及福利

1、7000元 —12000元（根据教师资历/以及每个月课时量）；

2、每年2次探亲假期机票报销10000元；

3、每年春节期间，正式员工享有一个月带薪年假；

4、根据岗位级别，每年春节前发放相应的年终奖。

5、如全年业绩达标除一个月带薪年假外，全年还将发放13个月—15个月工资（根据当年考核标准）

Position:Italian Teacher

1.Responsibilities:

1, According to the semstrely program to carry out Italian language teaching activities, to ensure the quality of teaching;

2, Conscientiously fulfill the role of teachers; Thorough preparation before class.Weekly

3, Evaluate the students both in learning abilities/progress, timely feedback on students ' learning progress,

4, Regular participation in teaching seminars. KPI on teaching management.

2.Qualifications:

1. Nationality Italian/Mother tongue italian.

2, Bachelor degree o/e above in: Oriental language and Literature/Chinese/translation.

3, Teaching experience is preferred.

4, Good image and teaching ethics as education professionals .

3.Salary and Benefit Package:

1. 7,000 yuan - 12,000 yuan/month (according to qualifications / monthly class hours);

2. Reimbursement of flight tickets 10,000 yuan for two visits to the family holiday each year;

3. During the Spring Festival every year one month of paid vacation;

4. According to the valuation points of the performance of the teacherl, the corresponding bonus will be issued.

5. If the annual performance is up to standard, in addition to one month of paid vacation, salary of 13 months - 15 months (according to the current year's assessment criteria) will be issued as the annual bonus.
