The Science R&D Manager /Director will be working on a growing Researching and Education team focused on delivering value through building up, developing, improving curriculums. He /She works on a variety of researching projects on Science Course that challenge his / her creativity, training, researching, development abilities. Responsibilities are wide ranging and allow the Science R&D Manger /Director to other areas , like managing a team.

1. Curriculum /Product Development 课程/产品研发

• Localize international science curriculums, manage and lead on a variety of course development, appraisals and improvement projects cooperating with education principals, head teachers, and internal stake holders etc. in order to develop a localized science course system meeting the demands of Chinese local markets

本土化引进的科学类的国际课程，改进,开发，评估课程体系和课程内容以迎合当地的市场需求。

2. Communication Bridge with External Cooperated Institutes与外部机构引进最前沿的STEM 信息

• Act as a communicator, collect and gain the latest knowledge and information about science from overseas institutes, then lead or introduce the forefront concepts and news to the Company.

参与与海外机构的对接项目，引进最前沿的科学力的概念，课程等

3. Make Trainings for Teachers 培训教师

• Act as trainer to teach teachers how to deliver science courses, assist to conduct the performance appraisals on teachers

  培训授课老师关于科学类课程的教授，对内容进行讲解指导，协助进行对老师的评估

• Assist to establish internal training system/trainer team for providing constructive advice with teacher groups.

协助建立内部师训团队，为教师团队的培养与业务提高提供建议

4. Design Assessment Systems 设计评估体系

• Design an assessment system which is able to effectively and accurately evaluate students’ academic level (from their entry stage to graduation stage)

  设计测评各年龄阶段学生的学习掌握程度的评估体系，有效和准确地判断学生的水平

• Research and design a system that can help to prove how well the students master the knowledge, eg through competitions or certificate testing

调研和设计可以评估学生学习效果的项目，如竞赛，证书类项目

5. Other 其他工作内容 contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required for this position. The employee may be asked to perform other duties and responsibilities, as necessary.

任职要求：

• Bachelor’s Degree required or above, preferably in Engineering, Education, STEM Related area

  本科以上学历， 工程类，教育，STEM相关专业优先

• Minimum of 4-years-experience in researching and educating Science related education products, familiar with international courses is preferred

  4年以上科学类课程教程研发教授的经验， 对国际的科学类课程有一定研究

• Minimum of 2-year- experience in training teachers who teach K12 students

  2年以上师训K12年龄段授课老师的经验

• Minimum of 1 year experience in team management is a plus

  1年以上团队管理经验者优先

• Excellent English oral and written skills

  极强的英语书面和口头能力
