Provide medical and scientific information to internal and external customers

• Read and review current literature accordingly when deemed necessary.
• Prepare and regularly maintain medical knowledge per MI team level project needs.
• Provide accurate, current medical information to external customers according to aligned process and project base.
• Responsible to QC of inquiry handling

• Create appropriate content to educate HCPs and patients
• Get right permission/copyright to use any kind of medical document.
• Manage medical documents in system, ensure documents compliance and up-to-date

• Explore new channels and models to support multi-channel medical strategy and strengthen scientific leadership.
• Develop the Medical engagement materials which meet HCPs scientific needs
• Provide accurate, current medical information to external customers
• Use of web based resources to more efficiently communicate with customers. Make optimal use of technology.
• Provide the customized medical services to KOL

• PK/DK/CK: Grasp update knowledge enough to understand medical information in the very therapeutic area including English comprehension;
• Information Management: Includes literature retrieval skill, medical information collection, screening, packing and communication; be familiar with both internal and external information resources;
• Commercial Mindset: Understand brand strategy and market environment; identify useful information to support brands.
