岗位职责：

1. 能独立完成课堂教学工作，把控教学过程。

2. 根据机构整体教学理念及进度，进行国画美术课程的研发和升级。

3. 熟悉书法，国画等教学方法，了解学生学习心理；

4、善于把握儿童心理，激发儿童学习兴趣；

5. 普通话标准，为人谦和，责任心强。授课方式灵活，有耐心；

任职资格：

1.本科学历以上，美术相关专业，国画专业优先；

2.擅长手绘，热爱国画，对创意美术有独特见解；

3.喜欢小朋友，能够与小朋友良好沟通，热爱少儿教育行业。
