Job Summary:

• Play a key role in projects as a senior planner 、designer.

• Lead cutting edge projects that are from site to regional scale, and responsible for landscape design , planning, and research.

• Cooperate with multi discipline staff and team to develop and execute design as a project planning 、 design expert.

• Familiar with project management process, and ensure project quality meets AECOM criteria and PD/PIC’s requirements.

• Independently evaluate, select, and apply standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria, judge the necessity of modifications on projects.

• work and communicate with the team efficiently and maintain good relationship with team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Landscape Architecture or related disciplines. Master in Landscape Architecture and Planning, Urban Design, Natural Resources or Architecture is preferred.

• 7 or more years’ experience as head landscape planner and /or designer; working and studying overseas experience is preferred.

• Strong planning and design management skills; maintain good relationship between the superior and subordinate.

• Outstanding portfolio of relative work to showcase excellent professional skill.

• Experience in complexity landscape planning, sustainable design and landscape infrastructure in project

• Strong skills in communication, coordination and organization.

• Experience in excellent complete planning design and practical operation procedures.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite software packages.

• Familiar with operating site analysis and representation software, like GIS, grasshopper.

• Strong capability of graphic expression.

• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

• Good presentation skill.
