• You are able to lead painting ecofriendly technologies transformation with company suppliers ("nanoceramics" chemical conversion coatings over aluminum & steel, water base liquid paints, powder coatings, Chrome 6…)
• You can analyze and propose best practices on the surface treatment technologies (Anodization, Electro deposition, zinc plating, galvanization…),
• You analyze and improve all the appropriates painting parameters in order to get the best quality on products,
• You are familiar with coatings qualification test methods,
• You support projects industrialization phase focusing on surface treatment and painting validation to reach the mass production targets and provide strong and reliable inputs into supplier control plan,
• You measure, define and challenge the Cost Break Down of painting value chain,
• Thanks to your technical skills, you train, teach and coach young passionate company production team players,
• You challenge suppliers mindset in order to bring suppliers autonomy on the painting and cosmetic knowhow,
• You capitalize best practices and propose efficient lean standard to be apply easily by team members & partners,
• You manage and challenge the corrective and continuous improvement actions plan following the problem solving methodology (PDCA, 8D, QRQC…) to reduce drastically the scrap rate and product issues.

Your profile:
Must have:

• You have 8 years experience in consumer goods, manufacturing factories recognized as a reference in painting technologies,
• You have project management skills
• Fluent Chinese, good English
• Sport practice
• China geographical mobility

• China environment norms/regulations know-how
