1. 负责工人的培训和跟踪;
Responsible for worker training and follow up;
2. 负责文件资料的翻译;
Responsible for document translation;
3.负责所有员工的招聘工作(包括招聘渠道的选择、招聘信息发布、候选人资料的收集整理、筛选,应聘者的联系及面试、体检安排);
Responsible for all recruitment issue, including choosing the recruitment channel, issuing recruitment information, collecting/selecting candidate information, contacting candidate, arranging interview and body check.
4.协助组织各种员工活动,包括:家庭日、体育节、员工旅游、竞赛活动等;
Assist to organize all kinds of activities, including family day/ sport day/ employee tour/competition activity and so on;
5.负责人力资源各项报告整合并及时准确完成;
Complete and integrate all HR Report timely and accurately;
6.完成上级安排的其他工作。
Accomplish any other assignment as assigned by superior.
