ROLE

As Art Director, you will be part of our multi-cultural marketing department and report to our Global Marketing Director. You will be the creative lead, responsible for the overall visual aspects of our brand and manage the creative team.

MISSIONS

Manage the creative team composed of multi cultural designers, ensuring quality of work, respect of deadlines, and coordination with other teams. Inspire the creative process translating marketing strategies into impactful visual campaigns and content, generating creative concepts and supervising creative projects Ensure brand consistency by developing a clear VI with recognizable brand elements and corporate guidelines to use across markets Manage photo & video creation: organize and coordinate shootings internally or with external parties such as casting and photo shooting agencies, supervise artistic direction from conceptualization to photo/video editing Supervise brand assets creation: product packshots, communication key visuals, videos, brochures, brand material etc. Generate creative designs for diverse activities and supports including website, e-commerce, advertising, social media, print material, offline events, etc. Design product material: packagings, user manuals, product displays etc. Support on marketing & product strategy, providing with creative advice for various projects such as new product development, communication campaigns, brand material etc. Research trends & inspirations: constantly track design trends, competition creative ideas, industry best practices to provide with design inspirations, communication concepts etc. Manage the creative budget with clear monthly reporting

PROFILE

Bachelor or Master’s degree in product design, graphic design or arts Minimum 5 years of proven related work experience and 2 years of team management Outstanding graphic design proficiency with strong visual sensibility and attention to detail Out of the box thinker with innovative mind and ability to transform ideas into operations Positive team management spirit great communication and interpersonal skills At ease in a multi-cultural, fast growing startup environment Professional Chinese and English speaker
