Missions and authority :
- To guarantee the products conformity and the services to the customer requirements.
- To animate the quality/environment policy and to make sure of the appropriation and the implementation of quality controls methods.
- To permanently develop improvements and adaptations to answer the evolution of customer’s requirements.
General Activities:
- To apply the Group quality policy within the factory:
To take part in the quality coordination meetings of the Group’s factories:
. To participate along with the Factory Director with the declension of the quality Group policy in the site (customer, intern, supplier) and to inform the whole factory through meetings and postings.
. To decline the quality policy in quality objectives regarding the whole company actors and to inform the whole factory.
. To animate and coordinate the actions aiming to achieve the objectives of the defined quality/environment policy.
. To be the customers representative within the factory.
- To participate the new project development quality control:
. To develop the quality tools in the company allowing to obtain the objectives (Fmeca, MSA、CP, …), to validate their good application and to constantly watch over for the installation of new tools.
. New project development milestone control and following up
. Procduct/Raw material test requirement/plan definition and following up
. Raw material PPAP following up
. New project development PPAP information preparation and submit
. Customer communication
. New Project phase reviewing
. To make sure of the good application of the projects procedure and to follow the obtained results.
. To develop the tools Sprint allowing the improvement of our organizations, engines, …
- To animate the permanent improvement of the quality system/environment:
. To participate in the definition of the site’s permanent progress plan, following the execution through the audit, to validate the effectiveness and the good use of tools (5S, TPM, ...).
. To coordinate and participate in the customers audits and of external organizations (preparation, results diffusion, installation of corrective actions).
- Be the guarantor of customer satisfaction
. In the event of a noted nonconformity, he has the authority to block by his service the defective batches, to stop the manufacturing and to obtain corrective measures, and to authorize the starting of manufacturing after a stop decision.
. To make sure, by the audits installation, of the monitoring plan respect.
. To have a good knowledge of customers referentials.
. To ensure that sensitivity to customer requirements is encouraged in all the organization.
