Responsibility:

• Attend briefings with BDMs to assess project opportunities and identify projects that require curatorial involvement
• Undertake research, benchmarking, vision workshops, etc
• Collaborate with BDMs to develop conceptual direction of sales responses
• Assist in the development of targeted/tailored sales responses (EOIs, offers, tailored capability statements etc )
• Assist in the development, review and update of relevant support documents
• Collaborate internally to develop project programs
• Identify & Construct budgets for artwork opportunities and artist fees
• Develop initial project delivery methodology
• Undertake research and benchmarking
• Develop conceptual direction and curatorial framework
• Produce Art Strategy and Artist Selection Documents
• Develop knowledge of key local and state government public art guidelines/strategies etc
• Invite and collaborate with guest curators as required
• Lead curatorial direction on select projects
• Research, develop and maintain artist/designer database
• Undertake ongoing curatorial research
• Develop relationships and liaise with gallery and artists
• Source and procure appropriate artists/designers
• Develop Artist/Designer Briefs and assist briefing sessions
• Assist in the management of artist contractual relationships on behalf of the client/UAP throughout entire artwork commissioning process
• Collaborate with Design Team to liaise with artists through commissioning process

• Brief Design and Project Management Teams about project direction

• Collaborate with Design Team to brief artist/designer

• Provide curatorial input as required

• Review design presentation and provide input

• Attend design presentation if required

Requirements:

• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
• Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• A keen attention to detail and experience in the development of visual layouts/documentation
• An ability to be flexible and a proactive team player in a fast changing environment
• Strong ability to liase with & communicate to designers, curators, artists, project managers, clients and other key stakeholders
• A strong desire to work with a passionate and dedicated team willing to do whatever it takes to deliver projects on time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• As a minimum proficiency in Microsoft office and Adobe In design

• Experience dealing with Artists, Designers and Built Environment professionals.

• Experience in the public realm is desirable but not essential

• Good awareness of emerging & established national/international artists

• As a minimum a degree or higher qualifications in Visual/Fine Arts, Art history or related disciplines

• 寻找并获得适于各项目的艺术家/设计师

• 开展艺术家/设计师的项目介绍/概要阐述

• 自始至终协助业主/UAP 对艺术家契约关系的管理，协调

• 与设计团队合作，在委任艺术家阶段与艺术家进行联系

• 为设计和项目管理团队进行有关项目方向的简介

• 与设计团队合作，向设计师/设计师?

• 制作、提供策展计划

• 制作并审查设计汇报文件

• 如果需要，参加设计汇报

Requirements:

• 极佳的写作，口头技能

• 极佳的时间管理和项目管理技能，在有限的时间节点内控制多个项目

• 重视细节，特别对视觉布局/文档排版需有细节把控

• 在快速变化的环境中，具有灵活和主动的团队合作能力

• 很强的沟通能力，需要与设计师，艺术家，策展人，项目经理，客户和其他重要利益相关者保持紧密联系

• 具有工作热情和奉献精神，按时交付项目（计划）和其他任务

• 较强的分析和解决问题的能力

• 熟练使用Microsoft office与 Adobe

• 具有与艺术家、设计师和建筑环境专业人士共事的经验

• 具有公共艺术品项目经验为佳，但不是必须

• 对于新兴艺术家和知名国内或国外艺术家有很好的灵敏度

• 视觉艺术/油画艺术，艺术历史或其他相关专业或更高学历
