销售

SALES


  • 制定销售计划,管理、预测、产品定价、大客户管理、费用、盈利能力、新产品开发、市场调研和品牌战略的战略和计划

Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy

  • 负责在区域的范围内销售产品,并通过经销商、区域经理和销售人员确保产品的收益

Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Distributors, Regional Managers and Sales Personnel

  • 在整个区域确保有效的进行贸易营销活动

Ensure quality of trade marketing activities across region

  • 完成区域内目标

Implementation of Billing targets across all region

  • 定期与各区域经理审查经销商的业绩,并核对业绩的差距,寻找原因和采取切实可行的方法完成业绩

Periodically review distributor performance through Regional Managers and check on gaps in performance and seek reasons and actionable steps to close the gaps

  • 定期与经销商和销售团队会面,讨论目标完成状况、进行产品培训和制定销售策略

Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy

  • 从经销商反馈中收到的所有市场和销售报告中进行监控和分析

Monitor and analyze all marketing and sales reports received from distributor feedback

MARKETING


  • 制定和执行战略市场营销计划、销售计划和销售预测,以此实现和服务公司的产品,目标。

Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

  • 负责市场营销和销售,通过市场经理和区域销售经理实现交给的市场份额,实现品牌盈利的目标

Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Managers and Regional Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives

  • 进行有效和准确的市场研究,并获取相关的有用信息以此来增加市场份额

Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share


  • 与各自区域的销售合作,协调、准备和新品的上市工作

Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions

  • 规划和监督广告活动和促销活动,包括印刷、网络、电子媒体和直邮

Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

  • 确保有效控制市场营销活动并取得有效的活动成果,并采取纠正措施,确保在指定预算之内实现市场营销目标

Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.

Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

DISTRIBUTION


  • 制定以B2B和B2C平台为特色的销售和渠道经销路线图,包括(但不限于)列出每个渠道的潜在目标批发商、配送商、邮差商、经销商

To develop a sales and channel distributions roadmap featuring B2B and B2C platform which include (but not limited) listing potential wholesaler, distributors, dealers, sub-distributors with targeted volume per channel

To increase presence in e-trade serving e-commerce and general retailers

  • 确保在中国所有地区渠道发展

To ensure expansion in both horizontal and vertical channels across all regions within China

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • 制定和管理销售/市场活动预算

Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.

  • 制定和建议产品的定位、包装和定价策略,尽可能占领高的市场份额

Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

  • 根据预先设定的标准、行业和经济趋势,实现令人满意的利润/亏损比率和市场份额

Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.

Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.

Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability

Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process, operating plan and financial model for your department

Motivate and monitor Sales, Marketing and Distributors on marketing and sales activities

Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement of regions

  • Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.

Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.

Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
