招聘条件

研究生教育学历,硕士及以上学位
1.Master’s Degree or above. Major in Human Resources, or certificate of Human Resources Management holder is preferred. 2.CPC member. 3.Knowledge or training in Human Resources management. One-year full-time employment experience in Administration Services, Human Resources or Customer Services is preferred. 4.Good English language written and verbal skills. 5.Professional, well-organized and detail-oriented personality. 6.Good at communication and interpersonal skills. Customer care skills; Basic IT skills. 7.Able to work independently, prioritize workload and manage own time.

I.Post-doc employment management II.Assistant of Organization Department III.Summer Program/visiting faculty support IV.Faculty and lecturer recruitment support V.Maintain staff's attendance statistics and archives. VI.Announcement and post-award service of talent and international exchange program, award, training organized by SJTU HR department/international cooperation and exchange department. VII.Office assistant hiring and administration
