岗位职责:
1、销售管理职位,负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划;
2、带领和管理销售队伍,完成销售目标;

3、管理指定地区的经销商并协助其完成销售目标;

4、协助找寻国内各地区适合的经销商;
5、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度;
6、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估;
7、负责销售运作,包括计划、组织、进度控制和修正;
8、协助销售总监设置销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划;
9、从销售和客户需求的角度,为产品的研发提供建议;

10、其它公司要求并指定的合理工作。


职位要求:

1、本科及以上学历,生物技术等相关专业;如非相关专业,需在相关领域有3年以上工作经验;

2、英语六级及以上,或有同等能力;
3、 3年以上生命科学类销售行业工作经验,熟悉所在地区大学机构、科研机构、医院、生物公司、制药公司等单位情况,有销售管理工作经历者优先;
4、具有丰富的客户资源和客户关系,业绩优秀;
5、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;
6、有较强的事业心、敬业精神和责任心。

7、具备公开标案招标经验,明白如何配合执行招标过程;

8、能够配合公司要求出差。

Position: Sales Manager (Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu; Hiring: 1 for each location)


Job Responsibilities:

1、 Sales management position, set up sales targets and sales plan;

2、 Lead and manage our sales team in achieving sales target;

3、 Assist regional distributors in achieving sales targets;

4、 Find suitable regional distributors;

5、 Assist in setting up and implementing company related policies;

6、 Responsible for the daily management of the sales department and the monitoring, guidance, training, and assessment of department staffs.

7、 Responsible for sales operation, including planning, organizing, scheduling and revision.

8、 Assist the sales director to set sales targets, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and incentive plans;

9、 Provide suggestions for the development of products from the point of view of sales and customer;

10、 Complete other reasonable tasks as requested by the company;


Job Requirements:

1、 Bachelor degree or above, biological technology and other related major, if not related major, need to have more than six years work experience in relevant field;

2、 English level CET 6 or above, or with the similar capabilities; able to read technical materials in English, and fluently communicate with foreign experts in English;

3、 3 years of experience in life science products sales; familiar with universities, research institutes, hospitals, life sciences research companies and pharmaceutical R&D companies in located cities; managerial work experience is preferred;

4、 Have abundant customer resources and customer connections;

5、 Strong marketing, promotional, communicational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills;

6、 Be dedicated, professional, and have a sense of responsibility;

7、 Experience in public bidding, and understand how to coordinate the bidding process;

8、 To meet the requirements of the company on a business trip, with an average of less than 10 days per month.
