Main Responsibility:

n According to the company's strategy, plan the training program for the whole year of Training Center and implement the training program, conduct specific guidance and assessment on the training work, and evaluate the training effect; n Establish and optimize the company's training system and improve the training management system; n Organize the development of training courses and teach;

n Guide the company's training activities to ensure effective development and meet the company's development needs, and improve the performance of the store;

n Understand the latest information in the industry and ensure the professionalism of the company's training center activities; n Identify and size opportunities for new products and services within existing and potential markets;

n Support new product launches (technical and training support) implementation and strive to maintain growth on pillar products; n Interact effectively with other departments (marketing, sales, commercial operation, and finance departments) to support marketing objectives;

n Handle technical training and coordinate product technical resources.

Others:

n Working with external agencies including government vendors, OEM, ODM etc.

n Handle the product related files, such as 3C, MOH and so on.

n Complete the tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery

Requirements：

？ Bachelor’s Degree or above.

？ more than 5 years in the water industry, 5 to 10 years of home appliance industry training background is better;

？ Train the experience of the lecturer and be responsible for the experience of product training centers nationwide or in large areas.

？ Have sensitive business and market awareness, strong ability to analyze problems and solve problems, and have excellent resource integration ability and performance improvement ability;

？ Understand the latest developments and quality courses in the training industry, be proficient in the construction of training systems, curriculum development and course teaching;

？ strong affinity, speech is very infectious, with good communication and cooperation skills and a wealth of team building capabilities.

？ Identify and size opportunities for new products and services within existing and potential markets.

？ Good project management and communication skill

？ Good command of oral and writing in English
