至少一年服务行业工作经验 At least 1 yearhospitality experience in services industry

热情对待所有来访和离开的客人 Smile and warmly greet all entering and departing guests

根据顾客需求制定训练计划 Design fitness training programs according to the guest needs

指导健身房和舞蹈室所有活动 Direct all phases of gym and studio operations

关注顾客需求，随时提供服务 Be visible and accessible to guests

建立良好客户关系 Nurture relationships with guests

制定和实施健身房内部活动计划 Conceive, plan and implement internal gym activities andprograms

负责俱乐部的开放和关闭 Initiate gym opening and closing procedures

在客人使用健身设备时给予指导 Enforce regulations: explain club policy in clear, politeEnglish

为顾客演示及器械使用方法 Give basic equipment orientation

保证跑步机和其它锻炼器材能安全使用 Safekeeping of treadmills and other exercise equipment

清洁器材 Clean, lubricate and maintain equipment

每周和每日向经理/主管汇报工作 Keep supervisor / manager updated on a weekly and daily basis

检查和解决活动过程中出现的所有问题 Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise before, duringand after an activity

与公共关系部和销售部合作，确保每项活动顺利进行。联系邀请顾客参加活动并反馈意见 Work with marketing dept to ensure each activity is promotedcontact guest andinvite them to join activities and request feedback
