工作内容：

资源事务协调人（RC）将负责自由译者、时间轴制作员（TCer）、配音员的招聘、培训和沟通事务，使其达到字幕组和配音组的工作要求。

岗位职责：

招聘：评估、招聘，同时拓展人才库（时间轴制作、译者、配音员等）；

培训：通过在线培训会议、课程等方式，制定并开展培训方案；

管理：负责外部人才资源的评估和工作，提高其工作质量和表现；

沟通：及时向外部人才资源更新项目情况、工作流程变更、技术问题、服务条款等内容；

人才库的开发与维护：在招聘软件上注册、维护并更新相关问题，提高公司知名度；

活动组织：积极发动外部工作人员定期开展活动，并组织年会；

资源主管分配的其他任务。

资质要求：

学士学位

优秀的英文口语及书写能力

善与团体协作，可以接受Global的工作方式

愿意主动学习公司新软件，例如iMediaTrans、iMTrax

积极主动，态度认真，有创新思维，高效工作

良好的人际交往能力，外交技巧及策略

有翻译经验者优先考虑

Job Summary

Resource Coordinator (RC) is to recruit, train, and communicate with freelance translators, timecoders (TCer), and voice talents to meet the requirement of the Subtitling and Dubbing Team.

Duties and responsibilities：

Recruitment: Assess, recruit, and develop freelancer pools (timecoders, translators, voice talents, etc.)

Freelancer Training: Devise and conduct training programs through online training sessions, seminars, and/or workshops.

Freelancer Management: Oversee freelancer evaluations and work towards improvement of quality & performance.

Communication: Announce any updates, changes in the workflow, technology, terms and conditions, etc. to freelancers.

Development & Maintenance of Recruitment Tool: Register, maintain, and renew questions for recruitment software.

Event Organization: Actively lead regular gatherings with freelancers and organize annual events.

Ad-hoc tasks assigned by Resource Manager

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in any related field.

Excellent command in English both written and spoken.

Eager to learn in our technology such as iMediaTrans, iMTrax. (Company’s own software)

Has can-do spirit, innovative and creative, always looking for way to improve efficiency at work.

Great interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, tact and diplomacy when communicating with our external resources.
