职位描述:
We are looking for a Global Visa Consultant to join our Global Travel Service Team. The Global Visa Consultant partners at all levels of the company to help set and to oversee the execution of our global mobility strategy.
The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience in strong vendor management and demonstrated success independently managing the full spectrum of activity for a large global mobility program. S/he will ensure that the program runs smoothly across the various in-sourced and outsourced operations teams and that we are in compliance with government regulations, all the while delivering a premium people experience.
1.Ensure that our vendors and internal partners provide a high quality experience to employees, managers and business stakeholders by leveraging internal shared services and outsourced partners for transactional activity while focusing her/himself on more strategic initiatives.
2.Strategic areas of focus will include, but not limited to, global Visa policy, vendor selection and performance management, stakeholder education and consultation and advising, implementing maintaining and reporting on immigration policy matters.
3.Role model partnership and collaboration at all levels with internal stakeholders.
4.Create alignment of local practice to our global standards while maintaining the cultural or business nuances of the local jurisdiction.
5.Provide counsel with the analysis of global Visa processes, identification of process and policy gaps, drafting of policy and process revisions and assist with the implementation of new or revised programs.
6.Manage the new hires and transferring employee’s Visa consultation process. Scale with the company to ultimately provide consultations on the most complex and high level matters to develop strategies to mitigate risk and provide timely solutions.
7.Lead various internal reviews or audits of Visa data, processes and policies.
8.Develop and deliver company-wide education materials, seminars, Q&A’s, etc.
9.Collaborate with growing global mobility team on other team initiatives and projects as assigned.
10.Expected to take on additional program ownership in the mobility area as team scales to meet company growth needs.

1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in immigration, Human Resources or directly related field.
2.Minimum 5 years working in deep technical role within global immigration including at least 3 years of industry in-house mobility program experience. Strong experience in vendor management also required.
3.Ability to influence all levels of leadership and lead industry transforming practices across all vendors.
4.Detailed knowledge of global visa types, processes and the ability to review case facts to determine the optimal filing type.
5.Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action.
6.Ability to clearly articulate complex/nuanced Visa matters to leadership and/or stakeholders.
7.Ability to critically analyze situations and spot potential issues.
8.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and working with highly confidential data that requires 100% accuracy. Ability to absorb/retain large amounts of data.
9.Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
10.Ability to work independently but contributing within a team environment (remote and onsite).
11.Ability to travel as needed.
