Kindergarten Teacher -幼儿部老师职责

• Supervise and look after all children in accordance with NIA policies and standards;

• Work as a part of a team;

• Work under the leadership of the room leader;

• Review standards and benchmarks in Reading/Language Arts, Math, Common Sense, Moral;

回顾各类教学标准和目标，包括阅读、语言艺术、数学、常识、美德。

• Teach Reading/Language Arts, Math, Common Sense, and Moral;

教授阅读，语言艺术，数学、常识、美德课。

• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that provide appropriate instruction and differentiate according to student needs;

根据学生的需要提供教学计划和教学材料。

• Design and maintain classroom to ensure an environment that is safe and conducive to learning;

设计、管理好教室以确保适合学习和保证安全。

• Ensure each child has been collected by the appropriate guardian at the end of the day;

确保孩子放学时被监护人接走。

• Maintain current and accurate student records, including attendance, knowledge, interests, cognitive competence, physical development;

保持学生记录的更新，包括出勤、知识储备、兴趣点、认知能力、身体发育状况。

• Plan and prepare courses and lessons that meet NIA standards;

按照NIA 的标准来计划和准备课程。

• Submit daily lesson plans to Head of Department;

每日提交日教学计划。

• Take into account the differing ability of students and differentiate work accordingly;

教学备课能考虑到能力层次的学生均能得到发展。

• Engage in quality interactions with the children to promote learning during play and routine times;

通过与孩子高质量的互动和玩耍，促进日常生活中的学习。

• Plan and organize the special events related to the kindergarten program;

计划、组织与幼儿园相关的特别活动。

• Engage in collaborative planning with Department Head and other teachers to develop courses of study, teaching materials or share best practices in methods of teaching and assessment;

配合教学主管的要求和其他老师的工作，共享资源。

• Engage in data collection and analysis to inform instruction or curriculum selection;

积极为学校课程数据的分析和收集提供本学科材料。

• Attend teaching research meetings;

参加学科教研活动

• Communicate and consult with the parents of students;

有效地与家长沟通交流，回答各类问题。

• Other duties and assignments at the principal’s/teaching director’s discretion.

Professional 专业性

• Demonstrate professional practices in teaching.

能展示在教学方面的职业成长。

• Arrive on time and stay until the workday has officially ended unless arrangements have been made with Division Principal.

按时到校，不迟到早退。

• Dress in business attire, except on those days allowed by administration.

着装得体。

• Occasionally work hours outside those designated in the employment contract to grade, supervise student-related events or lesson plan.

偶尔会有超时工作，比如参加学校安排的其他集体活动或教学计划。

• Participate in professional development opportunities and apply the concepts to the classroom.

参加教学培训计划，并在课堂应用新的教学手段和方法。

• Adhere to school procedures and rules.

遵守学校的规章制度及流程。

• Enforce regulations concerning student conduct and dress.

按照学校的要求来管理学生的操行和服装。

学校简介：

宁夏鹰德双语实验学校是新创办的学校，是宁夏首家与海外教育机构LDI合作创办，未来将实施从幼儿园到大学预科全学阶基础教育体制与双轨双语学制的民办双语实验学校。
