职责描述：
1. ake initiative to understand content gaps and develop content to meet the needs of business with a blended approach to delivery, including eLearning, self-study material, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, on-the-job, etc.
2. Work collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts, trainers, creative teams, research team to rapidly gather information, refine objectives, and produce relevant training that is of the highest quality.
3. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative learning experiences such as mobile learning solutions and multimedia content.
4. Assess course materials for revision and continuous improvement purposes.
5. Work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment .
6. Engage in open feedback reviews and survey analysis to determine the overall quality of training.

任职要求：
1. 2+ years of instructional design experience with focus on sales and soft skills training, preferably in the high-tech industry.
2. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
4. Knowledge of sales operations environment and sales processes (retail experience a plus).
5. Experience with Articulate 360 or other e-learning authoring tools is mandatory.
6. Project management, self-management and multi-tasking skills.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate problem-solving and relationship-building processes.
8. Comfort with ambiguity and able to learn fast and adapt quickly to change.
9. Experience with learning management system (LMS) and training-related data analysis a plus.
10. Experience using multimedia tools, software and graphics applications a plus—for example, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator .
11. Knowledge and experience with DJI products a plus.
12. Bachelor’s Degree in instructional design or a related discipline (educational technology, education, communications) is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
