Job Description
- Conduct business and financial analysis on target industry segment and companies
- Assist financial, technology and business due diligence for target candidates
- Prepare internal review and approval documents
- Coordinate investment negotiation, closing, and related events
- Track financial and business performance of invested companies and prepare written update
- Assist corporate strategy research upon need
- Strong analytical skill and fast learning
- Strong interest and knowledge of internet
- Good team player
- BS/BA or MS/MA degrees from top universities; MBA, PhD，CFA and CPA is a plus
- 1 to 3 years in investment, consulting, investment bank, corporate venture, strategy development，PM and engineering relevant
- A self-starter, personable, articulate is preferred
