Responsibilities:

• Lead in FINest alumni initiatives;
• Lead in marketing activities of the Program Office;
• Lead EO & EA in full-time and part-time admissions, scholarship assessments, registry and graduation-related affairs. Work to identify productivity and quality improvement opportunities across these tasks;
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Program Office requirements and initiatives under the guidance of Director and Executive Director;
• Produce and manage circulation of English-Language Academic reports per SME request (e.g. AACSB Report, AoL Report, External Reviewer Feedback Report, etc.) for Executive Director review;
• Serve as Course Coordinator for FIN6108 in fall term;
• Coordinate with other SFI program offices and CUHK offices on ad-hoc admissions/graduations activities (admissions, graduation ceremonies, opening ceremonies, etc;
• Act as tutor for c.a. 4 courses in one academic year.

Requirements:

• A master degree or above in Finance/Mathematics/Computer Science or related field from top universities;
• Experienced at management level, preferably in a higher education institution or public organization;
• Possess quantitative skills/knowledge in Finance field;
• At least 4 years working experience, preferably in finance/education field;
• Strong background in development using C++, Python, Java, Shell Scripts, PHP, R, SAS, Stata, MySQL, Matlab or other programming languages;
• Knowledge of SEO method for program online marketing;
• Developing experience in web-based platforms and Wechat program;
• Good teaching, communication skills;
• The ability of working independently, as well as the spirit of teamwork;
• Fluent Chinese and English, both in written and spoken;
• Patient and careful are preferable and willingness to take up extra responsibilities.
