岗位职责：

熟悉海运和空运货代操作流程及相关专业知识;

能够独立完成海运和空运操作相关业务工作;

发展承运代理及客户；

维护管理公司客户，协调解决好日常服务过程中遇到各种问题。

要求：

有1年以上的海运操作相关工作经验;

良好的沟通能力，能够独立解决工作中出现的紧急情况；

具备良好的沟通协调能力和外语听说能力，能熟练的处理英文收发邮件；

了解中国到独联体和欧盟的不同运输方案。

薪资待遇：

月薪 8000-15000，具体根据个人能力而定;

五险一金+2%补充公积金；

年假；

Your duties as a Sea Freight Operations Specialist will be:

development of the supplier base;

attraction and development of suppliers and consumers (sea logistics service as a product);

retention and development of the client portfolio;

organization and coordination of transportation.

We expect from you:

working experience in transport logistics;

knowledge of Chinese, English (spoken and written foreign language proficiency), Russian desirable;

university degree (preferably in the field of logistics or economics);

responsibility for personal and team results at the same time, proactiveness and honesty.
