• Optimistic and always ready for new challenges
• Ability to learn new knowledge and skills
• At least a formal bachelor’s degree from a reputable Chinese University. Degrees in Chemistry or Material Sciences are highly preferred
• At least 10 years of working experiences in the chemical industry covering multiple functions including at least sales, marketing and technical. Experience with cosmetic industry is highly desired
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in both Chinese and English
• Works well in international settings with diverse cultures and ethnicities
