岗位职责:
1) 对所带在读学员提供高水平的服务促使学员继续购买课时。
2) 对所带在读学员提供高水平的服务,促使学员推荐他人购买课时。
3) 安排好学生每一次的上课时间,确保课程的如期进行。
4) 按照课程管理流程对学员在中心的学习进行管理,并与学生家长及时有效沟通,与学生和家长建立长期,稳定,良好的关系。
5)接受上级安排,参与市场部组织的校区活动;
6)协助课程顾问安排到访客户或电话咨询;
7)完成部门内部工作及上级交代的其他任务。
任职要求:
1)大专及以上学历;
2)自信、坚韧、目标明确、吃苦耐劳;
3)学习力、应变能力、抗压能力、销售能力强;
4)亲和力强、善沟通、协调说服力强;
5)热爱教育行业,有良好的客户服务意识、能适应灵活的工作时间(包括周末)。
