• Developing of new training based on innovative improvement methods you will validate
• Leading industrial project in Decathlon own factory autonomously and be able to duplicate them in supplier
• Studying supplier data to collect good practices and apply the good practice to Decathlon own factory and suppliers
• IE basic job in factory(SAM analysis, line balance, etc)

• Study operation break down & standard time for textile product (Woven/ Knit/ Glove)
• Design the line layout according your target/constraints-Balance the line in order to reach the best efficiency
• Allocate workers to the right workstation
• Animate worker training plan (base on skill matrix) in order to match Decathlon factory skill needs
• Focus on Workstation optimization to challenge standard time by reducing all wastage

• Sports enthusiastic, share value of Decathlon: Vitality and responsibility
• Textile IE background for 3 years minimum, and knowledge in textile product operation break down & SAM analysis
• Communication skills and convincing power (with line leader, with colleagues in France and on site coaching with our suppliers)
• Curious, always thinks "how to do better", always be able to challenge yourself
• Open minded (for new concept, new trials...)
• Speak Chinese and English
• National mobility and international mobility for business trip
