Your main tasks

• Processing of import declartion and export shipments, production of customs papers
• Provide quotation and warranty order
• Daily monitoring of spare parts orders and warehouse management
• Assistance in requesting supplier declarations, maintenance of the customs master data
• Maintenance of internal system data
• Daily office operation support including facility management
• Marcon, trade show/event arrangment
• Admininstration support
• Assignment from management
  

Your profile

• College students, the internship period is more than eight months
• Good in inter-person and communication skills
• Able to work under multi-culture environment
• Familar with Microsoft office
• Fluent in English and mandarin
• Complete the scheduled tasks in time
