Position Overview

The Tutor Quality Control is a position within the Tutor Management Team at ALO7. The QC works on projects that ensure and enhance a high level of blended-learning outcomes.

The main duties involve the evaluation of class videos to ensure the teaching quality of Online Tutors. The AA also collaborates with Admin & Support team to support tutors based on their requests and questions.

The ideal candidate will be detail-focused, self-motivated, , and an effective communicator.

Duties and Responsibilities

Teaching quality assurance for programs 40%

Follow the different programs, collect and communicate demands of programs with internal team.

Follow the complaints from students or teachers for specific programs, resolve them in time and properly.

Track the teaching quality for programs, ensure the online tutors could provide proper classes based on the learning objectives.

Support the team for various programs related to the control of teaching quality

Training: 30%

Provide constructive feedback to tutors and related parties

Suggest solutions to the problems observed in online classes.

Analyzing the Quality of Tutor: 20%

Observe a minimum of 30 class hours per week,

Analyzing the performance of tutors, based on the data and classes records

Providing effective data analysis on the weakness of tutors, and strong points of tutors

Admin & support 10%

Answer the requests and questions from tutors from time to time.

Providing effective data analysis on the demand of tutor.

Skills

1 years+ experience in ELL and/or young learner education

3+ years experience as a teacher

Great collaborator who is flexible and works well under pressure

Keen eye for details

Effective communicator, who are able to communicate with tutors via emails and at same time could provide great service and supports to tutors.

A passion for contributing to high-quality, and hospitality supporting environments for the tutors oversea.

Able to use the Microsoft Office suite of products, PowerPoint, email, and be familiar with apps, digital learning products, and textbooks
